Our cleaning services are priced based on how many bedrooms and bathrooms you need cleaned. Additionally, all living areas and the kitchen will be left spotless. We always aim to send you the same cleaner for each visit whenever possible.

Regular Cleaning

Important Note

“Regular Cleaning” is part of every service package, including both “Deep Cleaning” and “Move In/Out Cleaning.”

Bathrooms

Complete cleaning of all surfaces such as mirrors, counters, vanities, exterior of cabinets, sinks, faucets, and fixtures. Soap scum will be removed from shower doors, tubs, and tiles. Toilets are thoroughly scrubbed inside and out.

• General tidying of the bathroom

• Towels neatly folded and hung

• Toilet cleaned inside and out, including base and lid

• Bathtub, shower, and tiles cleaned

• Shower doors, tracks, and glass cleaned

• All counters and fixtures sanitized

All Rooms

All surfaces, furniture, and objects are wiped, organized, and dusted. Trash is taken out and bins are relined. All floors throughout the home are vacuumed and mopped thoroughly.

• Entry door glass cleaned

• Light switches and door handles dusted

• Rooms tidied, blankets folded, pillows arranged

• Upholstered furniture vacuumed

• Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted

• Cobwebs removed (high and low)

• Blinds, window sills, and lock ledges dusted

• Moldings and woodwork dusted

• Baseboards dusted

• Lamps and lampshades dusted

• Pictures and decor items dusted

• Furniture dusted

• Countertops and backsplashes cleaned

• All sinks scrubbed and disinfected

• Mirrors cleaned with glass cleaner

• Trash bins emptied, washed, and relined

• Stairs vacuumed, wood areas dusted

• Floors vacuumed and/or mopped

• Cabinets spot cleaned

• Personal items and knick-knacks dusted and organized

• Shelves dusted

Kitchen

Complete cleaning of all surfaces including counters, stovetop, sink, backsplash, exterior of appliances, cabinets, range hood, and inside the microwave.

• Hood vent cleaned and polished

• Stove and hood cleaned

• Microwave cleaned inside and out

• Top of refrigerator dusted

• Dishes loaded into dishwasher

• Exteriors of appliances wiped down

Bedrooms

Beds are made and linens changed. All surfaces are wiped and dusted. Display items are cleaned and organized. Mirrors and glass surfaces left streak-free.
